Our professional warranty staff is equipped with the knowledge needed to remediate any issue your home may have.

The modern day new home is extremely complex and contains thousands of parts that make up the structure we affectionately call "home". It takes hundreds of people to carry a new home from ground breaking to flooring, and so it is inevitable to have a few blemishes or imperfections. Most will be caught at your Walk through Orientation. In the case there is an issue after you move in, simply complete our warranty request form to submit a repair request.

The Warranty Service Department is open Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Our goal in the Warranty Service Department is to respond to your request within 24 hours, schedule your request within one week, and have the repair completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair. We pride ourselves in our quality service and so if there are any special considerations we should be aware of, please let us know so we may serve you better.
