Delco Builders & Developers is pleased to announce our Homeowner Referral Program¹. This new program is available to all Delco homeowners who have purchased and closed escrow on a new home from any of our communities throughout Northern California and offers you the chance to receive $5000 for your referral.

Here's How It Works

In order to qualify, you must bring the party you are referring to the sales office on their initial visit or contact our sales office prior to their first visit. In either case, you will be asked to complete our referral form to properly register the party you are referring. If the party you referred purchases a new home at the community within six months of the registration date, upon their close of escrow, a check in the amount of $5000 will be sent to you to thank you for your referral. Whether you live in a Delco home you purchased directly from us or from a previous Delco homeowner, you are eligible for this great referral program! It's just that easy.

¹ This program cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral or broker program. No referral fee will be paid for any customer that has previously registered and/or contracted to purchase a Delco Builders & Developers home. Registration Cards are valid for 6 months from the registration date. Anyone purchasing after six months, must be re-registered in our sales offices.
