We hope you will never have to use this section, but
in case an emergency does arise, the following information
will help guide you to the proper resources. Issues
that are considered to be a home
emergency are issues that seriously impact your health,
safety, or the integrity of the home.
The following issues are what would be considered
emergencies:
- Roof leaks
- Plumbing line rupture
- Total sewer system blockage
- Complete loss of heat in the home
- Electrical system failure or sparking that could ignite
a fire
Please call the Warranty Service Department at 925.942.2600
and let the receptionist know you have a
home emergency. If any of these issues happen after
regular business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm Monday
thru Friday), please refer to the Emergency Numbers
section in your Home Warranty & Care Handbook
given to you at your Walk Through Orientation.
In case of fire or other life threatening emergency,
please call 911 and emergency services will be
dispatched, then call our Warranty Service Department
when the threat to life has been relieved.
