Doyle Heaton
President and CEO
Doyle D. Heaton has been involved in the development of residential
housing in the San Francisco Bay Area for over thirty years.
He is a graduate of the University of Denver (1963-BSBA) and
attended the U.C. Berkeley, Real Estate and Building Program.
Professional Activity:
- Chairman, Building Industry Association of Northern California
(BIA), 1980
- Chairman, BIA Builders for Affordable Housing Committee,
1981-1982
- BiPac, 1980-1990
- Doyle maintains an active ongoing membership in both the
BIA and the National Association of Homebuilders.
- Inducted into the Builders Hall of Fame in 2001 by the
BIA
- Member of the California Building Industry Hall of Fame

R.J. Wilson
Vice President
Director of Construction Services
R.J. has been associated with Doyle Heaton for more than twenty
years. R.J. oversees project planning and the company's construction
operations. Prior to joining Delco at its formation, R.J.
was employed by another Bay Area homebuilder where for twelve
years he acted as a Field Superintendent and Project Manager.
He is a licensed California Contractor.

Rick Rosenbaum
Vice President
Director of Finance and Sales
Rick has been involved with Delco's development projects since
1995. He is currently responsible for project
financing, sales and marketing and is actively involved in
project planning and land acquisitions. Prior to joining Delco,
he was employed by a San Francisco real estate investment
firm where he was responsible for the company's investments
in residential development projects in Northern California.
Rick holds a bachelor's degree in economics from U.C. Berkeley
and a current California Real Estate License.
