Delco Key Office Personnel

Dan Hughes (Director of Project Engineering)
Dan joined Delco in 2004 and is a licensed civil engineer with a strong background in residential subdivision engineering. Prior to joing Delco, Dan was a principal engineer with Reichers Spence & Associates and manager their Santa Rosa office.

Christine Charette (Office Manager/Human Resources)
Christy joined Delco in 2000. Christy is responsible for managing daily office operations, field safety regulation and compliance, oversight of office safety compliance, and all human resource duties including payroll.

Janet Baillie (Accounting)
Janet joined Delco in 1999. She is responsible for all project related payables, receivables, budgets, and managing subcontractor spreadsheets. Janet is also one of the in house Notary Publics.

Greg Skeen (Director of Purchasing)
Greg joined Delco in 2000 and manages our purchasing and bidding activities. He is also responsible for contract administration and assists with subdivision improvements.

Scott Shepherd (Director of Finance)
Scott joined Delco in 2004 as the manager of our finance department. Scott oversees all of our internal accounting and cost control activities as well as bank loan draw requests. Scott has more than 10 years experience as an assistant controller for a homebuilder and financial planning manager for the San Francisco Chronicle.

Stephanie Cronin (Options Department Manager)
Stephanie joined Delco in 2005. She is responsible for managing and coordinating Delco's extensive options and upgrades program for our new home buyers. She also oversees our Petaluma Design Center.

Louisa Yang (Senior Accountant)
Louisa joined Delco in 2005. She is responsible for many of the day to day operations of Delco’s accounting system. Prior to joining Delco, Louisa was serving a similar function for another Bay Area homebuilder.
