Homeowner Referral Program
For many years our homeowners have honored us by telling
their friends and families about the quality homes that Delco
builds. These referrals have been a big part of our success
and have helped us to spread the word about what we do and
how we do it. As a Delco homeowner, you can receive a large
reward for your referral.
Delco Builders & Developers is pleased to announce that
our Homeowner Referral Program now rewards you with $5,000
for your referral. This program is available to Delco homeowners
who have purchased a new home from us in any of our current
or completed communities throughout Northern California.
Here's How It Works
In order to qualify, you must bring the party you are referring
to the sales office on their initial visit. You both will
be asked to complete our referral card. If the party you
referred purchases a new home at the community within six
months of the registration date, upon their close of escrow,
a check in the amount of $5,000 will be sent to you to thank
you for your referral. It's just that easy.
¹ This program cannot be used in conjunction with any
other referral or broker program. No referral fee will be
paid for any customer that has previously registered and/or
contracted to purchase a Delco Builders & Developers
home. This program is not available to owners of Delco homes
who did not purchase a new home from Delco. Registration
Cards are valid for 6 months from the registration date.
Anyone purchasing after six months, must be re-registered
