Pleasant Hill, Calif., August 1, 2007 —Delco Builders & Developers, Inc. (Delco) was awarded one of the most prestigious marketing and design awards in the homebuilding industry, the Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Award for its popular new home community, Oak Leaf Ranch located in Napa, CA.
The award for “Best Interior Architecture and Merchandising (Detached Home priced from $750,000-$999,999)” was presented to Delco Builders at the 30th annual MAME gala held aboard the USS Hornet in Alameda on July 21st. MAME celebrates the best in Northern California new home design, merchandising, sales and marketing.
Oak Leaf Ranch is a new community of 45 single-family homes located on spacious lots that average 7,500 square feet is located just of the world-famous Silverado Trail a couple miles east of downtown Napa.
