Delco Builders & Developers, Inc. (Delco), the quality
local home builder headed by industry icon Doyle Heaton,
today announced that it will be relocating from its offices
in Concord to a new, larger office space in Pleasant Hill
effective June 7.
In addition, Delco plans to open its first branded design
center later this summer for it's customers in the Northbay.
“Primarily this move is about offering new services to our
customers,” said Rick Rosenbaum, vice president of Delco. “We're
proud to offer an array of services that you would expect
from a large builder, but with the high quality and personalized
customer service of a local builder.”
Delco's new corporate offices will be located in Hookston
Square, a Class A two-building office complex at 3480 Buskirk
Ave. in Pleasant Hill. The move represents an upgrade in
facilities and amenities, and will provide Delco with about
6,000 square feet of office space.
Delco has operated at its current offices of about 4,500
square feet near Buchanan Field airport in Concord for about
10 years. “The additional office space will give us the room
to grow and as we increase our home starts to about 150 per
year” added Rosenbaum. The company's main phone number will

Delco's first branded design center is scheduled to open
in 2,000 square feet in the Redwood Business Park located
at 1372 N. McDowell Blvd. in Petaluma in July. Homebuyers
who buy a new Delco home will be able to visit the showroom
to select customized upgrades and options such as flooring,
cabinetry, tile, window coverings and countless other interior
finishes items.
The Northbay location will allow Delco to conveniently serve
a majority of its buyers for its current and upcoming new
communities including Atherton Ranch in Novato and Stratford
Park and Southgate in Petaluma. Delco also will develop its
first projects in the City of Napa beginning in 2005. These
communities located in the Northbay will comprise over 400
new homes when completed. Delco will continue to utilize
an independent design center located in Concord for its new
home developments located in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
