Driving Directions:

From South of Petaluma:

Take Highway 101 North to the Highway 116 East (Napa/Sonoma) exit. Turn left onto Lakeville Hwy. and travel about 1 mile and turn left onto Frates Road. The sales center will be on the right side of Frates Road.

From North of Petaluma:

Take Highway 101 South to the Highway 116 East (Napa/Sonoma) exit. Turn left onto Lakeville Hwy. and travel about 1 mile and turn left onto Frates Road. The sales center will be on the right side of Frates Road.

From Napa, Benicia, Vallejo

Take Highway 37 west past the Sears Point intersection and turn right onto Lakeville Hwy/Hwy 116 (at the traffic signal). Travel on Lakeville Hwy about 8 miles. As you enter Petaluma, turn right onto Frates Road. The sales center will be on the right side of Frates Road.

From the East Bay:

Take I-580 West to Highway 101 North. Take Highway 101 North to the Highway 116 East (Napa/Sonoma) exit. Turn left onto Lakeville Hwy. and travel about 1 mile and turn left onto Frates Road. The sales center will be on the right side of Frates Road.
