At Delco Builders & Developers we offer our home owners one of the best warranties in the business, covering everything from plumbing to wiring to appliances to craftsmanship. And if you need a repair, we're committed to having your work scheduled within one week and completed quickly thereafter..

Most warranties on existing properties ( if offered at all ) are offered to better sell the home and provide a very limited warranty. Ultimately you bear the responsibility of maintaining and repairing all aspects of the house.

Finance Options for Upgrades
With a new home you have the opportunity to select optional upgrades, such as built-in media centers and hardwood floors. You may be able to fold the cost of these options into your home mortgage, allowing you to pay for them over time. Many upgrades may actually improve the resale value of your home.

If you buy an existing home, unless you have significant home equity, updates to existing homes require full payment up front, not to mention the increased costs of making changes to a completed home vs. the ease of making changes before construction begins.
