Exclusive information on our upcoming new communities
 
 
 

We are please to offer an agent referral program at all our participating new home communities in Northern California that includes payment of a referral fee to licensed real estate brokers and real estate agents (“Agent”) who present our new homes to their clients for purchase. This referral fee will be paid to the referring Agent at the successful close of escrow of the purchase of a new Delco home by the Agent’s clients at any of our participating new home communities.

In order to be eligible to receive this referral fee, these three simple steps must be completed:

  1. Agent must accompany their clients on their first visit to a Delco participating new home community.
  2. Agent must register the client at the participating new home community’s sales office by completing a registration card and indicating on this card that you are the client’s Agent.
  3. Agent’s client must close escrow on the purchase of the new home in the Delco participating new home community for Agent to be paid the referral fee.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • Agent’s potential buyer must become pre-qualified with one of Delco’s preferred lenders prior to entering into an agreement to purchase a new home at a participating community.
  • Referral fee shall not be due or payable to any buyer who is an Agent.
  • The referral fee amount shall be calculated on the base purchase price shown in the purchase agreement, before any selected options or upgrades which may be added to the price prior to close of escrow.
  • Seller’s agent shall complete the purchase agreement and all disclosures directly with the client. Agent may be present at the time of signing but shall not request any modifications to seller’s agreement or accompanying documents and paperwork.
  • Agents who refer potential buyers who are already on a participating new home community’s priority list of buyers before the Agent’s first visit to the project are not eligible for this referral fee.
  • Agent must hold a valid and active real estate broker’s or salesperson’s license issues by the California Department of Real Estate.
